To clean the powder-coated surface, all coarse dirt should be removed first. To do this, we recommend using a large, soft sponge and plenty of lukewarm water to remove all dust particles from the surface. The door can then be cleaned with clear water, adding a pH-neutral cleaning agent and a soft cloth. Never use hard sponges, abrasive or solvent-based cleaners for cleaning. Further information on this can be found in our care instructions.
Depending on the structural situation, full-surface side panel glazing can usually be replaced without any problems. Depending on the model and design of the infill glazing, this is also possible. To make it possible to replace the glass in the front door panel, we recommend that you include a decorative frame (ClassicLine, PlusLine, BlockLine) or an aluminium glass frame on the inside of the panel when ordering the front door. Your KOMPOtherm specialist partner will be happy to advise you on this.

Our HOMEtherm (residential entrance doors) are produced in our works II in Rœschwoog, France.
